This website is operated by After Dark Supply Co., a brand of Saphilo Marketing. By visiting our site or purchasing from us, you agree to these terms.

Adults only

Our products are novelty gifts intended for adults. By using this site and placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age. Our products are sold as novelty and entertainment items only — nothing we sell is a medical, therapeutic, or wellness product, and no product name, scent description, or piece of copy should be read as a factual claim. (We trust you knew that. It’s a candle.)

Products and pricing

We may modify, discontinue, or limit quantities of any product at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, including orders that appear to be placed by resellers or bots.

Product safety

Use products only as directed. Candles: burn within sight, away from flammable items, children, and pets; trim wick to 1/4″ before each burn. Barware and games are for adult use. You are responsible for using products safely and lawfully.

Intellectual property

All content on this site — product names, copy, designs, and imagery — is the property of After Dark Supply Co. and may not be reproduced or used commercially without written permission. Objects of Misbehavior™ and our product names are trademarks of Saphilo Marketing.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, After Dark Supply Co. is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products or site. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product in question.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
